The Model Employee
Dusk
Everyone has gone home.
Tell us the task in your own words. If the intake is complete, it gets scored and quoted. If it isn’t, we tell you exactly what is missing instead of guessing.

We are a small business too, and we did this to ourselves first — which is the only reason we are willing to sell it. Pick the ones that match your pain.
An n8n instance built around your day: it pulls the things you keep opening tabs for into one place and keeps them current. You stop being the integration layer.
A RAG model over your manuals, contracts, SOPs and the folder nobody has opened since 2019. Ask it in a sentence. It answers from your paperwork, not the internet’s.
A Hermes agent on a VPS, or a Mac mini on your own shelf. Same assistant, different address. Nothing has to leave the premises if you don’t want it to.
They are not interchangeable and the marketing will not tell you that. We test them on work shaped like yours and show you the results, including where the cheap one wins.
Product shots, listing walks, short video with sound — generated on our own hardware. The film you just scrolled through was made this way, start to finish.
Custom integrations against the till, the booking sheet, the accounts package, the supplier portal. We meet your tools where they are. No rip-and-replace.
Where your information lives
This is the first question we ask and the one most vendors answer for you. Every option below is real, and the choice changes the build — so it is on the intake form.
Inference on hardware you own and can unplug. Slower to stand up, costs more up front, and answers the compliance question permanently.
Your records stay on your box; the heavy general reasoning goes out to a frontier model with the identifying parts stripped. Most businesses land here.
Straight to the strongest models going. Cheapest to start, fastest to useful, and your data is subject to somebody else’s policy. We will say so plainly.
Field notes
The price of good inference moves every few weeks, and the ranking of what is worth paying for moves with it. We follow it because we buy it. Two standing questions we keep answering: which model is actually best for this kind of work, and what is the cheapest way to get top-quality inference this month. Ask and we will show you the current answer, whether or not it involves us.
There is also the free version of the whole thing: an evaluation. We look at how the week actually runs, and tell you which parts are worth automating and which are not. Some businesses get told to change nothing. That is a legitimate outcome.
The intake
This is deliberately strict, and it is strict in your favour. Nobody gets a promise built on a half-described problem.
